(a) (1) Sections 12-60-103 , 12-64-102 , 12-64-107 , 12-64-109 , 12-64-201 - 12-64-203 , 12-64-205 - 12-64-207 , 12-64-301 , 12-64-302 , 12-64-407 , 12-64-410 , 12-64-509 , 12-64-601 , and 12-64-801 - 12-64-848 of this code shall be carefully explained to every enlisted member at the time of his or her enlistment or transfer or induction into, or at the time of his or her order to duty in or with any of the forces of the organized militia or within thirty (30) days thereafter. (2) They shall also be explained annually to each unit of the organized militia. (b) A complete text of this code and of the rules prescribed by the Governor thereunder shall be made available to any member of the organized militia, upon his or her request, for his or her personal examination.
