(a) As used in this section, "state military lake" means a lake: (1) Located on Robinson Maneuver Training Center; and (2) Owned by the State of Arkansas. (b) (1) The Department of the Military may stock a state military lake with fish each year for a special event by using: (A) The funds maintained in the Camp Robinson Public Fund; and (B) Rental income. (2) However, the department shall not use the state's general revenue to stock a state military lake under subdivision (b)(1) of this section. Added by Act 2023, No. 284,§ 19, eff. 7/1/2023.
