The following persons who are not in federal service are subject to this code: (1) Members of the organized militia. (2) All other persons lawfully ordered to a duty status in or with the organized militia, including the Army National Guard, Air National Guard, the Arkansas Guard, and all persons ordered to a duty status in or with any of the foregoing from the dates they are required by the terms of the order or other directive to obey the code.
