(a) Bonds issued pursuant to this subchapter shall bear the manual or facsimile signature of the presiding officer of the county jail board, municipal jail board, or public instrumentality jail board and the manual authenticating signature of the trustee or paying agent of the bonds if the trustee or paying agent exists. (b) In case any of the officers whose signatures appear on the bonds shall cease to be officers before delivery of the bonds, their signature shall, nevertheless, be valid and sufficient for all purposes.
