Products - Purchase by state institutions

(a) It shall be the duty of the various state institutions to purchase, as far as possible, products grown or produced by the state upon its Division of Correction and other farms, giving the state preference wherever possible. (b) (1) Sales shall be made at prevailing market prices and all proceeds thereof shall be deposited with the Treasurer of State to the credit of the Division of Correction Farm Fund. (2) However, the Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration, by proper bookkeeping entries, may charge the institution so purchasing and credit the Division of Correction account with such amount.
