(a) All prisoners committed to the Division of Correction shall be given a physical examination initially upon arrival and then as often as determined by medical staff of the division. (b) Inmates shall be assigned to labor as shall be fitting, with due consideration being given to their physical condition. Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 803, eff. 7/1/2019.
