Medical services contract

(a) The Division of Correction and the Division of Community Correction may enter into professional services contracts for medical services for a contract period not to exceed ten (10) years. (b) Except as provided in subsection (a) of this section, the professional services contracts for medical services shall comply with all other provisions of the Arkansas Procurement Law, § 19-11-201 et seq., and rules promulgated under the Arkansas Procurement Law, § 19-11-201 et seq.
