(a) The Crime Victims Reparations Board may reimburse any licensed healthcare provider that provides the services outlined in this subchapter for the reasonable cost for such services. (b) The board is empowered to prescribe minimum standards and rules necessary to implement this subchapter. These shall include, but not be limited to, a cost ceiling for each claim and the determination of reasonable cost. Amended by Act 2021, No. 472,§ 1, eff. 7/28/2021.
