DNA Detection Fund

(a) There is hereby established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the "DNA Detection Fund". (b) This fund shall consist of special revenues collected pursuant to § 12-12-1118 , there to be used by the State Crime Laboratory for the administration of this subchapter. Acts 1997, No. 737, § 19.
