This act shall not repeal any of the mining laws of the state, except wherein it specifically conflicts, but shall be cumulative to all mining laws in force prior to July 1, 1917. Acts 1917, No. 130, § 8, p. 683; C. & M. Dig., § 7258; Pope's Dig., § 9314; A.S.A. 1947, § 52-412.
