(a) The Director of the Division of Labor shall annually, on or before January 1, file with the Secretary of the Department of Labor and Licensing a report covering the activities of the Division of Labor, accompanied by recommendations with reference to such changes in the law, applying to and affecting industrial and labor conditions, as the director may deem advisable. (b) The report of the director shall be printed and distributed in such manner as the secretary shall authorize. Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 5297, eff. 7/1/2019.
