Implementation and enforcement

The Director of the Division of Labor shall have the authority to: (1) Promulgate rules for the implementation of this chapter; (2) Suspend or revoke a permit for the employment of a child in the entertainment industry for cause; (3) Enter or authorize his or her representative to enter and inspect any place of employment where children work, rest, or play; and (4) Otherwise enforce and implement the provisions of this chapter.
