Calendar quarter

As used in this chapter, unless the context clearly requires otherwise, "calendar quarter" means the period of three (3) consecutive calendar months ending on March 31, June 30, September 30, or December 31. Acts 1941, No. 391, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 81-1103.
