Assistant to the President Pro Tempore of the Senate

(a) The Assistant to the President Pro Tempore of the Senate shall be under the direction of the President Pro Tempore of the Senate. (b) The amount of salary to be paid to the assistant shall be determined by the Senate Efficiency Committee. Acts 1993, No. 1, § 2.
