9-932. Physical examination of active or temporarily retired member A member, whether active or temporarily retired, ordered by the board to undergo a physical examination, shall submit himself for examination before the chief medical officer of the municipality, or such other regularly licensed and practicing physician as the board designates, but the member shall have the right to be represented at the examination by a physician of his own choice, whose fee shall be paid from the fund.
