9-485.02. Insurance requirement prohibited A city or town may not require a mobile food vendor to maintain an insurance policy that names the city or town as an additional insured unless the mobile food vendor is attending an event sponsored by that city or town or is operating on public property, including the right-of-way or property owned by the city or town.
