9-413. Library fund All money received for library purposes, whether by taxation or otherwise, shall belong to and be designated as the library fund, shall be paid into the city or town treasury, kept separate and apart from other funds, and shall be drawn therefrom as provided in this article, but only for purposes therein authorized.
