8-244. Removal of child from state The juvenile court may permit the person to whom a child's or ward's care is temporarily awarded to remove a dependent child or ward of the court from this state, on recognizance, with or without sureties, that satisfies the court, obligating the person to produce the child or ward when required by the court.
