6-484. Illegal use of name; classification No person shall use the name " building and loan company" , " building and loan association" , " savings and loan company" , or " savings and loan association" unless complying with the provisions of this title. A person using a name embodying any combination of the words " building and loan association" or " savings and loan association" , or acting as agent for that person, is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor, unless complying with the provisions of this title.
