6-182. Transition All banks shall be operated in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, except that transactions validly entered into before the effective date of this chapter and the rights, duties and interests flowing from them remain valid thereafter and may be terminated, completed, consummated or enforced as required or permitted by any statute amended or repealed by the law by which this chapter was enacted as though such amendment or repeal had not occurred.
