5-551. Definitions In this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. " Commission" means the Arizona state lottery commission. 2. " Director" means the executive director of the Arizona state lottery commission. 3. " Lottery" or " state lottery" means the lottery created and operated pursuant to this chapter.
