5-361. Uniform navigational marking of waters; intergovernmental agreements A. No city, county or person shall mark the waters of this state in any manner in conflict with the uniform navigational marking standards of waters as prescribed by the commission or the United States coast guard. B. On waters where the uniform state waterway marking system has been established and maintained by a governmental agency, the commission may, upon request of such agency, enter into agreements to assist with the maintenance of the system.
