5-332. Fire extinguishers A. All watercraft, unless exempted by the commission, carrying as fuel any volatile liquid having a flash point of one hundred ten degrees Fahrenheit or less shall have aboard a readily accessible United States coast guard approved fire extinguisher in a condition available for immediate and effective use. B. All watercraft over twenty-six feet in length and carrying as fuel any volatile liquid having a flash point of one hundred ten degrees Fahrenheit or less shall have aboard such fire extinguishers as may be prescribed or approved by the regulations of the United States coast guard.
