5-1401. Definitions In this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. " Advisory board" means the advisory board of the authority. 2. " Authority" means the southern Arizona sports, tourism and film authority. 3. " Board" means the board of directors of the authority. 4. " Indian tribe" means any organized Indian nation, tribe, band or community that is recognized as an Indian tribe by the United States department of the interior.
