5-118. Authorization to own or lease new additional wagering facilities; written consent A. A permittee that is authorized to conduct live racing may own or lease new additional wagering facilities. B. A permittee that is authorized to conduct live racing in a county with a population of seven hundred thousand persons or more but less than one million five hundred thousand persons may not own or lease an additional wagering facility within sixty miles of a racetrack enclosure located in a county with a population of two hundred thousand persons or more but less than five hundred thousand persons or in a county with a population of more than three million persons without the prior written consent of the racetrack enclosure.
