49-705. Integration of solid waste programs The director shall consider and integrate federal and state laws and rules and all of the programs authorized in this chapter and those other programs regulating solid waste management that are administered by the department for purposes of administration and enforcement and shall avoid duplication and dual regulation to the maximum extent practicable.
