49-126. Extremely hazardous substances Unless otherwise provided in this article, a substance is subject to the requirements of this article if it is an extremely hazardous substance as listed and published by the administrator of the United States environmental protection agency, or its successor, and it is held in quantities at or above the threshold planning quantity as established pursuant to section 302 of title III.
