48-954. Annual statements and estimates The board of directors of a district organized under the provisions of this article shall make annual statements and estimates for the district, publish notice thereof, have hearings thereon and adopt them at the times and in the manner provided for county statements and estimates by title 42, chapter 17, article 3.
