48-6407. Board meetings; notice A. The board shall hold regular meetings every calendar quarter and additional meetings on the call of the chairperson or a majority of the members of the board. The secretary-treasurer shall give at least three days' notice of each meeting to each member of the board in addition to the public notices required by law. B. The district is a public body for the purposes of title 38, chapter 3, article 3.1 relating to open meetings.
