48-535. Publication of notices by posting A. If there is no daily or weekly newspaper published and circulated in the city or town, then the notices and delinquent lists required to be published in a newspaper shall be posted in three public places in the city or town for the length of time required for the publication in a weekly newspaper. B. Publication or notice other than that herein provided is not necessary to give validity to any proceedings had under this article.
