48-3717. Construction and limitation of chapter A. Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed to restrict the authority of the secretary to enter into contracts with water users in this state, including exchange contracts authorized by Public Law 90-537. B. Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed as authorizing the district to determine how the central Arizona project water is to be allocated among water users of this state.
