48-3448. Use of roads and streets as right of way Any irrigation water delivery district may use the public highways, roads, streets and alleys in or outside the district which may be needed for rights of way, subject to such reasonable restrictions as may be imposed by the board of supervisors of the county or by the governing body of a city or town within their respective jurisdictions. If a controversy arises over the exercise of such right, the question shall be submitted to and decided by the corporation commission.
