48-3095. Conveyance of district property to United States Any rights of way or other property owned or acquired by the district may be conveyed by the board of directors to the United States if it is required for the construction, operation or maintenance of works by the United States for the benefit of the district under any contract entered into with the United States pursuant to this article.
