48-306. Change of types of weeds controlled; election If it appears that a noxious growth not named and described in the petition for organization of the district should be added to or eliminated from the petition, the board of directors may by resolution, and shall, on the filing of a petition signed by twenty-five of the qualified electors of the district, submit the proposition to a vote of the qualified electors of the district at the next general election.
