48-155. Supplemental nature of article A. Insofar as the provisions of this article are inconsistent with any other provision of law, the provisions of this article shall be controlling. The powers conferred by this article shall be in addition and supplemental to the powers conferred by any other law. B. Bonds may be issued under this article for any undertaking, notwithstanding that any other law may provide for the issuance of bonds for a like purpose and without regard to the requirements, restrictions or other provisions contained in any other law.
