47-9801. Savings clause A. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, as amended in 2014, this chapter, as amended in 2014, applies to a transaction or lien within its scope, even if the transaction or lien was entered into or created before the effective date of this section. B. This chapter, as amended in 2014, does not affect an action, case, or proceeding commenced before the effective date of this section.
