46-452.01. Office of state long-term care ombudsman The office of state long-term care ombudsman is established pursuant to the older Americans act of 1965, as amended (P.L. 100-175; United States Code section 307(a)(12)). The state long-term care ombudsman is under the direct supervision of the department of economic security, aging and adult administration program administrator or his designee. The department shall adopt rules for the purpose of implementing the state long-term care ombudsman program.
