46-300.02. Orders to seek employment; persons owing child support If the court determines that an obligor is delinquent in paying support, the court may issue an order requiring the obligor to: 1. Pay support in accordance with a payment plan. 2. Participate in work activities if the obligor is subject to a payment plan and is not incapacitated.
