45-1720. No jurisdiction of Arizona corporation commission The rates, services and practices relating to the generation, transmission, distribution and sale of power or to the distribution and sale of water pursuant to this chapter shall not be subject to regulation by or the jurisdiction of the Arizona corporation commission or any successor agency or department.
