44-8004. Enforcement; violation; civil penalty; damages; costs; attorney fees The attorney general may bring an action to enforce this chapter. A person who violates this chapter is subject to: 1. A civil penalty of up to $2, 500 for each violation. 2. The payment of actual damages incurred by consumers as a result of the violation. 3. Costs and reasonable attorney fees incurred by the office of the attorney general.
