44-6751. Investment of pension funds Notwithstanding any other law, the investment managers of public and private pension funds deposited in this state shall not be required to invest in any type of investment dictated or required by any entity of the federal government that is intended to fund economic development projects, public works or social programs, but investment managers may consider such economically targeted investments pursuant to their fiduciary responsibility.
