44-2017. Compensation of conservators and other personnel A conservator may incur expenses and employ engineers, accountants, attorneys or other persons in connection with his duties as the court approves. The compensation of the conservator and personnel appointed shall be fixed by the court and paid from assets in possession of the conservator.
