44-1799.09. Applicability to other laws; waiver of rights A. This article does not limit the rights or remedies that are otherwise available to consumers and does not prevent the purchaser and the pet dealer from agreeing on additional terms and conditions that are not inconsistent with this article. B. A contract or agreement under which a purchaser agrees to waive any rights under this article is null and void and is unenforceable.
