44-1659. Injunctive remedy against bucket shop The habitual, actual, threatened or contemplated use of any premises, place or building, telegraph or telephone wires or instruments in violation of the prohibitions imposed on bucket shops by this article may be enjoined by the state or any citizen thereof.
