44-1506. Construction A. Nothing in this article shall be construed to require establishments within the scope of this article to have outdoor or outside signs. B. This article shall be liberally construed to prevent untrue, misleading, false or fraudulent representations relating to rates being placed upon outdoor or outside signs pertaining to such establishments.
