44-1251. Definitions In this article, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. " Beverage" means beer or other malt beverages, mineral water, soda water and similar carbonated soft drinks, fruit juices and vegetable juices in liquid form which are intended for human consumption. 2. " Consumer" means a person who purchases a beverage in this state in a container for use or consumption. 3. " Container" means the individual, separate can sealed or under pressure of carbonation which is composed of metal and contains a beverage.
