44-1242. Sale under own trademark or brand; authority of manufacturer This article shall not prohibit any person from selling under his own trademarks, trade names, brands, or the words " no brand" , the product of any manufacturer, if such person has first obtained the written authorization of the true manufacturer so to sell such product.
