44-1217. Fraud on creditors by removal, sale or concealment of property; classification A debtor who fraudulently removes his property or effects from the state, or fraudulently sells, conveys, assigns or conceals his property, with intent to defraud, hinder or delay his creditors of their rights, claims or demands, is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor.
