42-13253. Notice of equalization order On determining that an equalization order is necessary, the department shall: 1. Notify the assessor of any county that is affected by the order. 2. At the same time, notify by certified mail or by e-mail the governor, the president of the senate and the speaker of the house of representatives including the reasons that necessitated the order.
