41-925. Voluntary deposit of private funds by resident with superintendent The superintendent is the only employee of the Arizona pioneers' home authorized to accept from residents of the home private funds of such residents for safekeeping, to be held in trust for such residents. Such funds shall be disbursed by the superintendent only upon instruction of the residents or by order of a court of competent jurisdiction.
